I made this video some time ago, but as we begin to head back out to the crags, particularly top roping it seems like a good time to remind ourselves that setting up the climb can be as dodgy as climbing itself! Uneven and sometimes loose crag tops, while concentrating on which knot goes where can leave us vulnerable to error. Hopefully this offers a few useful ideas to keep yourself safe!!
